We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
We do not sell or rent your personal information under any circumstances.

Cookie Data: We use cookies to maintain sessions and improve service delivery.
We do not currently process billing or payment information, as Pave is in pre-revenue phase.
For Form Responders (End Users):
Form Responses: Information you enter into Pave forms, including any personal details (e.g. name, phone number, service request).
Partial Form Responses: If you begin a form and click “Next” or proceed to another step, that step’s data may be stored even if you don’t submit the entire form.

Cookie Data: We may use cookies to help ensure form performance and analytics.
Referral & Analytics Data: We collect anonymised analytics (via Google Analytics) to understand how people interact with forms.

4. Third-Party Service Relationship Disclosure
Pave is a third-party service provider that enables businesses to create and embed smart forms on their websites to manage inquiries.
If you are completing a form powered by Pave:
You are submitting information directly to the business (Customer) that owns the form.
Pave is not affiliated with or acting on behalf of that business as an employee or agent. We simply provide the platform that powers their form.
5. How We Use Your Information
We process personal information on the basis of:
Our legitimate interests in providing and improving the service,
Performing our contractual obligations to our Customers, or
Your consent, when required (e.g., for analytics or cookies).

Deliver and operate Pave’s services
Improve the performance and optimisation of forms
Provide support and troubleshoot technical issues
Analyse anonymised usage data to improve features and customer experience

We anonymise and aggregate usage and response data across customers to help improve our platform. This may include partial submission rates, average drop-off points, and general form engagement patterns. No individual or business is ever identifiable in this data.
If You’re a Form Responder:
We use your data to:
Pass your inquiry or request directly to the business whose form you completed
Improve the experience and performance of the form you interacted with (e.g., to reduce drop-offs)
We do not:
Use your personal information for marketing
Sell your personal information to anyone
Contact you directly unless the business you submitted the form to chooses to do so
Pave is a processor of your data and does not control how the business uses your form responses. Please contact the business directly for their own privacy terms.

These cookies may collect non-personal information such as IP address, session duration, browser type, and interactions. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may impact the functionality of some Pave forms.
